The Challenge
Design an evidence-centered accountability platform capable of presenting sensitive information without relying on sensationalism or outrage.
The Approach
Structure the experience around source transparency, methodology, editorial standards, corrections, and company responses, with clear distinctions among different types of records. The core design problem is establishing trust through both visual restraint and information architecture — hierarchy, labeling, and disclosure carry the persuasion instead of styling.
